The Spanish racetrack has renewed the deals with Dorna recently, and the new deal was only possible after the Jerez de La Frontera mayor, Mamen Sanchéz, decided to intervene and use public funds to help the racetrack meet Dorna’s demands in terms of fees.

This means the iconic Andalusian track will host MotoGP and WSBK races for three more years.

With more than ten years as a motorcycle journalist, i enjoy everything that has to do with two-wheels. I'm a fan of sport bikes and i prefer riding them on a racetrack, but give me a road filled with corners and good asphalt and i'll be there to have some fun!
