Dani Pedrosa to get his name on a corner of the Jerez circuit

The Spaniard will be present at the upcoming MotoGP race in Jerez, early May, to be graced by the Jerez circuit management by getting a monument and a corner with his name.

Dani Pedrosa is, without a doubt, one of those riders that every motorsport fans love. An all-around nice guy, Pedrosa conquered a vast legion of fans around the world not only by getting good results when he races in the World Championship but also by being one of those riders that always stayed out of controversial moments while racing.

Now with the mission of helping KTM Factory Racing to develop their RC1 prototype for MotoGP, Pedrosa is going to be present at the upcoming Spanish GP at the Jerez circuit, early May.

It turns out that not only Dani Pedrosa will be riding the KTM MotoGP bike after the MotoGP race on Sunday 5th of May, but during the weekend he will see the Spanish track management give his name to turn 6, known until now as the Dry Sack corner, where some of the most memorable overtaking’s in MotoGP have been done.

But not only turn 6 will become the Dani Pedrosa corner, but the Spaniard, three times World champion (125 cc and 250 cc), will also uncover a new monument in Jerez in his honor.
