JPJ is offering free road tax, grant and driving license replacement for flood victims

Flood victims who lost or damaged their important JPJ documents can get a replacement copy for free.

To help the community affected by floods, JPJ is offering free document replacement service for flood victims. Flood victims who lost or damaged their important JPJ documents such as Motor Vehicle License (LKM), Malaysian Driving/Riding License (LMM) or Vehicle Ownership Certificate (VOC) can now get a replacement copy for free.

JPJ will carry out this service until 15th of April 2021 at JPJ mobile counters located in selected areas, particularly near Temporary Evacuation Centers (PPS).

According to JPJ’s statement, the owner of the document has to bring in the damaged document to obtain a replacement copy.  On the other hand, those who lost any of the mentioned documents should make a police report and submit the report as proof to get the replacement copy.
