Blockchain Tech company Bitci joins MotoGP as sponsor

Dorna Sports has partnered with Bitci for the next three years starting off with the title sponsorship in Austria.

Dorna Sports has just announced that Bitci.com will join the season as an Official Sponsor of the FIM MotoGP World Championship. The new agreement sees the sponsorship lasting for three years starting 2021 to 2023. Bitci.com will be the title sponsor for the 2021 Austrian Grand Prix as well as make its trackside present at different circuits on the calendar throughout the seasons.

Bitci is a blockchain tech company founded in Bodrum, Turkey, in 2018. It enables the sports and entertainment industry to revolutionise fan engagement programmes via fan tokens, giving individuals an opportunity to invest and win through their cryptocurrency exchange.

By having both the blockchain tech and the cryptocurrency exchange, Bitci positions itself as a one-stop investment platform for tech-savvy investors and fans.

This will also be the first fan token project to be developed under the umbrella of an organization in the world of motor sports,” says Onur Altan Tan, CEO of Bitci Technology.

The 2021 Austrian Grand Prix, which takes place at the Red Bull Ring in Styria from the 13th to the 15th of August, will be officially named the Bitci Motorrad Grand Prix von Österreich.
