Tatsuki Suzuki close to signing for Leopard Racing

After joining the Sic58 Squadra Corse five years ago, Tatsuki Suzuki is close to signing with Leopard Racing; it is to replace Dennis Foggia, who has already stated his interest in moving to Moto2. According to the Spanish press, the announcement of the change is scheduled for the next few days.

A two-time world champion, Suzuki made his Moto3 debut in 2015 at Mahindra after stints at the FIM CEV Repsol in Spain. After barely scoring in his first year at the Worlds, he achieved more regularity and in 2017 he signed for Sic58 Squadra Corse. In Paolo Simoncelli’s team, the Japanese found the conditions to be able to evolve. In 2019, this growth showed up with more results with his 8th-place finish in the world with a triumph and a win and another podium to his name. Since then, the rider has two victories, four podiums, five pole positions, and two fastest laps in Moto3.
