Kawasaki India has recently announced its plans to open 10 new motorcycle dealerships in the country.
Kawasaki and Bajaj may have ended their partnership but Bajaj has secured ties with Triumph Motorcycles whereas Kawasaki is ahead of its numbers by widening its dealerships.
Kawasaki, operating India Kawasaki Motors (IKM), already has 12 dealerships throughout the major cities of India starting 2017. With another 10 dealerships, the brand will be expanding its production and aims for an increase in sales.
The new dealerships will be located in Kolhapur, Nagpur, Visakhapatnam, Kozhikode, Mangalore, Kolkata, Dehradun, Bhubaneshwar, Ludhiana and Cuncolim (Goa).
All dealerships will be ‘soft launched’ soon. This means customers can book the bikes before the opening.
