The MoU will offer a combined trade loyalty programme parties can enjoy various deals, incentives, redemptions and rewards.

Castrol Malaysia and Continental Tyre Malaysia have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to explore joint initiatives nationwide.

BP Castrol Lubricants (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd explained that the cooperation is to strengthen the position of both parties in the country. This will be done by utilizing the network of distributors and expertise to be offered to consumers.

“This collaboration is proof that both brands are committed in terms of safety and consumer satisfaction. Together we can build our brand in Malaysia.

“Through a combination of existing expertise we will continue to innovate in leading the global market in terms of services and maintenance,” said Castrol Malaysia & Singapore Marketing Director, Gan Wee Kiong.

Under the collaboration, both parties will be leveraging each other’s extensive dealer network, offerings, and expertise.

Meanwhile, Continental Tyre Malaysia Managing Director, Andera Somorova said the strong demand for these two brands opened up opportunities for them to explore together.

“This is a good opportunity to together offer better services to customers. We believe that the services and services that have been offered for so long make us continue to be trusted as the brand of choice in vehicle maintenance.”
