Suzuki to release all new RM-Z450 motocross model for 2018

Suzuki Motor of America, Inc. has just unveiled the details of its all-new RM-Z450 motocross model. The bike was redesigned for 2018 and dons a much more sleek and race-ready appearance with its stronger engine and a nimble chassis.

The model has greatly improved in many aspects, especially the air intake, electronic fuel injection system and improved throttle response with higher peak power. The updated Suzuki Holeshot Assist Control (S-HAC) gets you out front.

Performance wise, the model offers a new frame and swingarm that’s lighter with excellent strength. The refined chassis dimensions blend nimble handling with stability. Improved coil-spring fork provides great performance and easy tuning. The new Showa BFRC Rear Shock Delivers remarkable damping responese whereas the Bridgestone X30 ties bring oustanding grip to the bike.

Larger front brakes increase the stopping power and feel to provide a better braking performance. A new compact rear master cylinder also prevents mud and boots.

As for its appearance, the aggressive new styling blends function with the Suzuki racing identity. The narrow cockpit allows rider to move with ease for maximum racing performance.
