Indian firm Bajaj reveals redesigned 2017 Platina ComforTec

Great news! Bajaj has launched their all new 100cc commuter motorcycle for 2017. Namely the Platina ComforTec, the bike has new features in order to comply with the new government regulation.

The new bike has an LED DRL right above the headlamp and according to the firm, the low power consumption of this LED unit will produce higher mileage than other AHO (Automatic Headlamp On) equipped motorcycles.

The bike features a 102cc air-cooled, single –cylinder engine that produces 8.2hp of power at 7,500 rpm and 8.6Nm of torque at 5,000 rpm. It has a four-speed gearbox too.

It also has a redesigned instrument cluster that still uses an analogue speedometer, fuel and odometer gauges. Not to mention, it contains new graphic schemes and has two colour options to choose from- ebony black with silver graphics and cocktail wine with red graphics.
