The limited edition Indian Motorcycle Chieftain Elite looks as premium as ever

The Indian Chieftain Elite is definitely a stunner but have you seen its limited edition model? The new model features a new hand-painted color scheme alongside a new 200-Watt audio system, Pathdiner LED headlamp and driving lights and push-button power flare windshield.

This limited edition model is called the Black Hills Silver, drawing inspiration from the silver mines of the Black Hills in South Dakota. The model gets smaller hand controls and pinnacle mirrors. Not to mention, it now comes with billet aluminum rider and passenger floorboards and genuine leather seats.

What is unique about the bike is that it is hand-masked and graphics are done before spray painting them with hands. This is all done that the Indian Motorcycle custom paint facility in Spearfish, South Dakota.

The bike is powered by the same 1,811 cc Thunder Stroke 111 V-twin engine mated to a 6-speed gearbox and is capable of producing a peak torque of 161 Nm. It also comes with various touring-friendly features.

Embracing the wonders of technology, the bike is equipped with Ride Command a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with the smartphone and Bluetooth connectivity. It also has cruise control, remote locking saddlebags, keyless ignition, tyre pressure monitor and ABS.

There is no doubt that with the new hue, the bike looks much more premium, exuding elegance and style with an undeniable quality in terms of performance. What do you think?
