At the 2018 World Ducati Week we’ll know who has the best looking Scrambler Ducati!

At the World Ducati Week in July, a meeting for Ducati fans at the Marco Simoncelli Misano World Circuit, the biennial competition Custom Rumble will reach its end in a great fashion, but until the final winner is chosen we already have four finalists that will battle for the win.

The second edition of the Custom Rumble started at the end of 2017, with the contestants starting their work on the bikes in September and online voting in October, and since then there were 132 entries for this years’ edition, with customizers working on their Ducati Scramblers to create diversified customized Scramblers.

Divided into four different categories, “Best Dealer” (reserved for all official Ducati dealers), “Best Private Customizer” (for all specialised custom workshops), “Best Customer” (for Ducati Scrambler customers) and “Rookie Rumble” (for under-35 enthusiasts who have customized a Scrambler Sixty2), participants received votes directly on scramblerducati.com. In all, no less than 200,000 votes were cast.

The creations showed how creative customizers can be, with a vast array of styles: from Café Racer to Bobber, and even an electric version (the D-EV Project) built by a Thai participant.

With more than ten years as a motorcycle journalist, i enjoy everything that has to do with two-wheels. I'm a fan of sport bikes and i prefer riding them on a racetrack, but give me a road filled with corners and good asphalt and i'll be there to have some fun!
