MotoGP – Marc VDS will continue after reaching agreement with Michael Bartholemy

Time seems to heal everything, and with the case of Marc VDS team in MotoGP, this is something that proved to be true. The team, owned by Marc van der Straten, was in conflict with former director Michael Bartholemy over financial questions, and those problems almost cost the team’s very existence.

Now, the Marc VDS team and Bartholemy have reached a friendly agreement, avoiding the courts and all the problems associated with going through all that process.

The team will be led from now on by Marc van der Straten himself, and he pledges to continue racing in Moto2, were he expects to fight for the championship for a third time, and in MotoGP were many believe he will reach an agreement with Yamaha to be the new satellite team for the Japanese brand.
