Malaysian rider Hafizh Syahrin hopes to finish in the points at this weekend’s Catalunya GP. Montmeló is one of his favourite tracks.

This weekend the World Championship will settle at the famous Montmeló racetrack for the Catalunya GP. Malaysian rider Hafizh Syahrin will try to recover from the DNF at the last MotoGP round in Mugello. The Malaysian rider is focused and hopes to finish in the points for the second time this season.

“I’m really looking forward to Barcelona and at the same time, I still feel sorry for the last race. I had a really good pace and believed that we could score points in Mugello. Yet, Barcelona is like my second home GP, because I have my European base there and also this track is my second favourite. Last year, we had a great feeling in Montmeló, but obviously, I know, that it’s going to be tough this weekend. I try to do my best, try to score points and give everything I have. Let’s work hard together with the team!”.
