This custom Honda CB1000R by Gannet & Fuhrer will make your jaw drop!

Not a misleading title, that we can tell you. Gannet Design and Fuhrer Moto have joint hands to create this magnificent beast and the results are spectacular.

Custom motorcycles are definitely the icing on the cake. You can be content with just the regular design but why be ordinary when you can be extraordinary? There is no doubt that we here at iMotorbike have an obsession with custom designs and concept bikes. This time, we present to you this customised Honda CB1000R from Swiss supergroup Gannet Design and Fuhrer Moto. First and foremost, this beast is nothing short of futuristic. The design captivates the attention of many and it is as if it came out from a sci-fi movie. Gannet’s head designer Ulfert Janssen noted that the objective of the team was to come up with a completely new look. They did so by altering the proportions and handlebar position but not stripping it off of its basic components. The bike also features high-performance carbon parts through a collaboration with 442 Corse. Stefan Fuhrer took on the building part of the bike along with his crew at Fuhrer Moto. The former MotoGP racing mechanic transformed the bike by adapting the custom milling the triple clamp to make it lighter. He then proceeded to provide the bike with a new belly fibreglass fairing. It has an ultralight CeraCarbon Racing front fork and custom made sprockets. The wheels are high-performance carbon fibre wheels by Rotobox. The custom Honda CB1000R also comes with K&N air filters. It has an exhaust upgrade with a titanium and carbon fibre can by Akrapovic. The graphics of the bike is by far the most impressive feature of the bike. The camo finish is a paintwork masterpiece by Walter Oberli, who gradually built up seven layers of lacquer to channel the final effect. This gives the bike a modern yet sporty look. The custom Honda ‘CB1000R-adical’ Neo Racer will be making its next appearance at this year’s The Reunion in Monza and the Glemseck 101.
