Great news for 24-year-old Kane Avellano, as he has officially become the youngest person to circumnavigate the world solo by motorcycle.

Kane Avellano took a total of eight months (233 days to be exact) to complete 45,000km across six continents, including a total of 36 countries, just a day before his 24th birthday in January. His trusty Triumph Bonneville was his aid to success. He completed the trip alone and his name will be featured in the latest version of the Guinness World Records.

Not only did the young man set impressive records, but he also raised funds for UNICEF, which is the world’s largest charity organization for children.

“This will be the first motorcycle circumnavigation to be verified by Guinness in 14 years and I’m really pleased it was done on my Triumph – it’s a bike I’ve shared lots of memories with and was the perfect bike for the job, albeit not your conventional adventure bike.”

Congratulations!
