Harley-Davidson finds home in The Bronx with new trademark applications

American manufacturing ace Harley-Davidson has filed for two trademark applications to use the New York City borough as the new name of their new motorcycle.

The applications were filed on 8 December with the U.S Patent and Trademark Office for the names “Bronx” and “Harley-Davidson Bronx” and is stated to be used on “motorcycles and structural parts therefor”.

This no doubt brings us to the question: when are we going to witness the new model? The brand had noted its intention of producing at least 100 new models over the next decade and the Bronx may be one of them.

The bike certainly has its roots laid down deep in New York, perhaps exerting Yankees vibes as the borough is home to the notorious stadium. The filings lack detail on any ideas and information on this model. There are speculations for it to be a tough-looking bike but the applications are not at all definitive of the future of the bike.

What to do you think the Harley-Davidson Bronx would look like?
