Yamaha XMax 300 SP 2022 launched in Thailand with Ohlins suspension

The Yamaha XMax 300SP 2022 comes with a 292cc SOCH single-cylinder engine and more premium upgrades.

Yamaha has introduced the SP variant of the XMax 300 for the Thai market as the maxi scooter get some premium upgrades for 2022.

Among the latest updates is the use of a rear suspension system from Ohlins as well as exclusive Yamaha Tech Max seats.

The Yamaha XMax 300 SP also comes with a digital LCD display that is similar to the TMax 560 2021.

Other distinguishing features of the TMax 300 SP also include the use of a special SP badge that is displayed on the side of the front panel.

Interestingly the combination of grey with red rims also creates a more aggressive look while the rear twin suspension from the golden Ohlins is also quite prominent.

However, this SP version still retains the same specifications that remain with the 292cc SOCH single-cylinder engine with liquid cooling that generates 27.63hp at 7,250rpm and 29Nm at 5,750rpm.

Meanwhile, in the Malaysian market, XMax comes with a 250cc engine.
